Brian O’Neil
About
Brian was introduced to the remodeling industry at 16 years old when the father of his childhood friend purchased a general contracting company in Evanston. Although he started at the bottom as the general laborer cleaning job sites and delivering materials, it didn’t take long for him to gain anappreciation of the carpentry trade. Brian took to the trade almost immediately working his way from general carpenter to Lead Carpenter within 2 years. From there, his journey led him all the way to the VP of Operations where he managed multiple crews of carpenters.
While Brian really enjoyed working in operations, he decided his experience could make a tremendous impact on the development phase of remodeling projects. As such, he switched his focus to design development where he has excelled for the last 9 years. Brian has a knack for helping his clients realize project potential. His clients often remark that he was able to work past challenging details due to his field experience as a carpenter, accomplishing layouts that other firms thought impossible.
As a married fatherof four very active children, Brian spends a great deal of his off time at baseball diamonds, basketball courts, and volleyball tournaments. If you can’t find him at any of those places or tending to his grill, you’ll be sure to find him on the golf course or at the golf range. Brian is an avid sports fan who’s favorite events include March Madness, The Masters, and the World Series.
